*Awards Banquet - April 24th- will locate new place for next year
*Concentration Banking--motion to move to concentration banking-carried
*Kaplan Job Fairs - May 17 & 18 --volunteers to attend
*PACE Conference - Dallas, Sept. 4-6-- Ron Aasen plus NCAC volunteer needed
*Sections Congress - Minneapolis, Oct. 8-11
*Candidates for NCAC - 2000-- Nino Ingegneri--appointed as chair
*Radar 2000 Conference - seed money due
*PES 2003 Conference - Bill Jackson, 301-946-1586, announces start of planning, will not need money

f. Membership Development - Howard Needham --have senior member drive this summer in Wash section, NOVA had a successful one last month
g. Professional Activities - PACE - Saj Durrani -- visit to Congress by engineer societies in April, 400 people attended (13 IEEE) to talk to various congressman -- with message to govt to support basic R&D and business will not
h. Publications - SCANNER - Bill Kelly/Karen --last issue was on time--SOP drafted on handling scanner ads- 20 May deadline for July/Aug
